Welcome to Ajit Boat Trips. By booking a trip or using our services, you agree to the following terms and conditions. Please read them carefully.

1. Booking & Payments

• All bookings must be made in advance through our website, WhatsApp, or in person at Coco Beach, Nerul.
• Full payment is required to confirm your booking. Payments are processed securely via Razorpay.
• Once payment is successful, a confirmation message or receipt will be shared via email or WhatsApp.

2. Pricing

• Prices are mentioned clearly for each trip type (Dolphin Spotting, Private Boat, Crab Catching).
• Rates are subject to change based on season or government taxes. Confirm before booking.
• Private trip prices are for the entire boat, while sharing trips are per-person.

3. Cancellations & Refunds

• Cancellations made at least 24 hours before the trip time are eligible for partial refunds (after deduction of processing charges).
• No refund will be issued for cancellations made less than 24 hours before departure.
• If trips are cancelled by Ajit Boat Trips due to bad weather or technical reasons, a full refund or rescheduling will be offered.

4. Safety & Responsibility

• All guests must wear life jackets at all times during the trip.
• Children under 5 years must be accompanied by an adult at all times.
• Our team reserves the right to deny boarding to anyone under the influence of alcohol or drugs.
• Guests are responsible for their personal belongings; Ajit Boat Trips is not liable for loss or damage.

5. Weather Conditions

• Trips are subject to weather and sea conditions.
• In case of bad weather, your trip may be rescheduled or cancelled with full refund.
• Safety of our guests and crew is our top priority.

6. Privacy Policy

• Your personal details (name, phone number, email) are collected solely for booking confirmation and communication.
• We do not sell or share your data with any third parties.
• Payments are handled securely via Razorpay and we do not store your card or UPI details.

7. Limitation of Liability

• Ajit Boat Trips will not be responsible for injuries, accidents, or loss due to natural causes or guest negligence.
• All guests participate at their own risk and must follow crew instructions.
