How many people can go in one boat?
Each boat can accommodate up to 14 guests comfortably on a sharing trip. For private bookings, the entire boat is reserved for your group only.
Is it safe for children and families?
Absolutely! Safety is our top priority. All boats are licensed and equipped with life jackets for every guest. Children above 3 years require a ticket.
Do I need prior booking?
Yes, prior booking is strongly recommended for sunrise and sunset trips. Without pre-booking, boats may not be available as we operate by reservation.
What should I carry for the trip?
We recommend carrying sunglasses, sunscreen, a hat, and your camera. Drinking water is provided on board. Avoid bringing valuables.
What if there are fewer guests in my slot?
You can wait for the next sharing trip to fill up or upgrade to a private boat for instant departure. This ensures a smooth experience for everyone.
Can I cancel or reschedule?
Yes, we allow free rescheduling up to 24 hours before your trip. For cancellations, please contact us early — refunds are handled case-by-case.
